Bryan Busch

Bryan Busch is a founding partner of Busch, Slipakoff & Schuh, LLP and former chair of the firm’s litigation practice group. Mr. Busch represents the firm’s corporate clients in all types of business disputes including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, securities litigation and business torts. Mr. Busch has a wide range of experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts across the country as well as arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Busch is a proven trial attorney with an impressive record of successfully navigating firm clients through jury trials and arbitrations. Mr. Busch served as lead litigation associate at Powell Goldstein LLP, one of Atlanta’s largest and most respected law firms.
