Jamie Cohen

Jamie Cohen is an Associate in the firm's litigation practice group. Her practice emphasizes the representation of banks and financial institutions in state and federal courts. She also concentrates on the representation of banks in the post-foreclosure dispossessory process from the demand stage through and including the dispossessory hearing. Jamie has also worked in-house at SunTrust Bank where she collaborated closely with the Vice President of Special Assets in the management of bank-owned assets derived from a group of failed developments located throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Busch, Slipakoff & Schuh, LLP, Jamie served as a staff attorney to Chief Judge Toby Prodgers in the State Court of Cobb County. While in law school, she was a clinic participant at a legal services organization where she represented clients in resolving Landlord/Tenant Issues and also was a law clerk in the Economic Crimes division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia.
