Austin Mills

Austin Mills joined the firm in March of 2011 and is an associate in the firm's Special Assets Division practice group. His practice is primarily committed to the firm's commercial portfolio review team, which provides services to lending institutions in connection with distressed credit relationships, including support of the special assets divisions of national and regional banks in workout matters, foreclosures, and asset assessment.

Prior to joining the firm, Austin worked for King & Spalding on its mass tort litigation team where he was assigned to several pending class actions representing clients such as multinational pharmaceutical companies, private equity firms, global retailers, and international banking institutions.
