Shane Stogner

Shane Stogner is a member of the Business Transactions, Corporate and Taxation group at Busch, Slipakoff & Schuh, LLP. His practice includes representing companies from start-up through typical growth cycle events such as private equity transactions, debt transactions, mergers and acquisitions and major contract negotiations. His client base focuses on manufacturing, the food industry including restaurants, and information technology companies. Mr. Stogner spent time in all of these areas as a private businessman before becoming an attorney. He spent one year practicing corporate law at Powell Goldstein LLP, where his focus was on public securities work and advising companies on corporate matters including fiduciary duties and shareholder disputes.

Mr. Stogner has served as the General Counsel for a $15 million food manufacturing company and for a multi-million dollar information technology services company. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Stogner spent five years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, worked as a systems manager for Perot Systems, and five years as the Vice President in the food manufacturing and restaurant industry.
