Guillermo Todd

Guillermo Todd concentrates in real estate law and commercial lending. His practice involves representing lenders in connection with debt restructuring, foreclosures and distressed real estate, and he has worked extensively with financial institutions in connection with the disposition of REO. His practice also includes representing landlords and tenants in all types of commercial leases and representing companies in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. He also has experience negotiating and preparing covenants, restrictions and easement agreements required for the successful development and subsequent operation of mixed-use and multi-family developments.

Prior to joining Busch, Slipakoff & Schuh, LLP, Mr. Todd served as lead real estate counsel in the City of Atlanta's multi-billion dollar redevelopment of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and practiced several years at Powell Goldstein LLP where he represented housing authorities, transit authorities, developers, municipal corporations and health-care insurers in the development of mixed-use and multi-family real estate, health care facilities and public safety complexes, commercial and ground leases and lending transactions.
